Kathmandu, May 15
The Nepali Congress, which has been demanding the formation of a parliamentary inquiry committee on the involvement of Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane in the co-operative fraud, has taken the sister wing to the streets.
The members of the Nepal Student Union protested in front of the Tri-Chandra Campus on Wednesday morning demanding justice for the cooperative victims.
Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane has been demanding that he should be allowed to speak first in parliament.
He has said that he will quit politics if found guilty. But the NSU protested by saying, “In order to be found guilty, there should be an investigation first!”
