Butwal, October 28
Two persons died in a motorbike accident in Sindhikharka of the Arghakhanchi district in the Lumbini province on Thursday night.
The victims have been identified as Roshan Sunam (26) and Kritrim Rayamajhi (22), permanent residents of Sindhikharka-1.
They were riding on a motorbike (Province 2-038 Pa 5032) that collided with another two-wheeler (Ba 25 Pa 8876).
Riders of the other motorbike, Hemraj Bhusal (57) and Bishnu Parajuli (20), permanent residents of Aatikapata, Sandhikharkha-2, have sustained injuries and undergoing treatment at Mercy City Hospital, Butwal.
Police in Arghakhanchi have identified overspeeding as the cause of the accident.
