Dhanusha, April 21
A man has been found murdered with both of his hands and legs tied, at Kurtha, Janakpur sub-metropolitan city-21 of Dhanusha in southern Nepal on Wednesday.
The victim appearing in his mid-20s is yet to be identified. His body was found inside a pond belonging to Ram Narayan Mahaseth.
Locals had seen the body floating and informed the police.
Because there is a deep cut on the victim’s face, police say they are certain it was a murder case.
Currently, the investigators are waiting for the postmortem report from the provincial hospital in Janakpur. DSP Jitendra Kumar Shrestha, the district police office spokesperson, says further investigation is underway.
