Jajarkot, April 7
Call it a case of late response. Five days after an outbreak of dysentery, a medical team has reached Dasera of Jajarkot with drugs.
A team comprising focal person (epidemics) Krishna Bahadur Khatri, Dr Divas Sapkota and others reached Dasera.
Ram Bahadur Thapa, a health worker involved in the treatment of the patients, said the number of patients decreased on Wednesday, compared to a day earlier. Eight SLC examinees suffering from dysentery wrote their papers by taking medicine, he said. Local people expressed happiness after the medical team reached the affected area with drugs.
