Kathmandu, January 15
The government has blacklisted five persons and companies who/which were contracted to supply various goods to government agencies for their underperformance.
The Public Procurement Monitoring Office under the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers says DNK Trading Pvt Lt in Tokha-9 of Kathmandu, Quality Security Goods Suppliers in Kathmandu-32 of Kathmandu, Narayan Das Shreeniwas of KMC-25 in Kathmandu and Pawan Kumar-Nitesh Kumar of Kathmandu were blacklisted.
Likewise, Pashupati International in Lalitpur-2 has also been blacklisted.
DNK and Pashupati are blacklisted for one year whereas Narayan Das Shreeniwas and Pawan Kumar-Nitesh Kumar will not be accepted as contractors for next two years.
Likewise, Quality is blacklisted for three years.
The Office says the Armed Police Force headquarters had proposed to blacklist the companies and individuals.
