65% of candidates fail the pharmacist licence exam

Kathmandu, October 24

Around 65 per cent of the candidates have failed the pharmacist licence exams conducted by the Nepal Pharmacy Council recently.

In the exams conducted on Saturday, 747 people took the exams, but 483 students failed, according to the council. Only 264 students passed the licence test.

The council had received 796 applications for the exams.

Nearly 58 per cent of the applicants have failed the country’s doctors’ licence test recently.
