Kathmandu, October 5
A man has been stabbed to death in Bhangal, Budhanilakantha, on the northern outskirts of Kathmandu, recently, police say.
Raj Khadka (30), a permanent resident of Biratnagar in Morang has been killed in a knife attack in Bhangal, Budhanilakantha-8, where he was currently staying.
Seriously injured in the incident, he was rushed to the Karuna Hospital, Chunikhel, Budhanilakantha, but died there during treatment.
Meanwhile, investigators have arrested a person for his alleged involvement in the crime. The suspect has been identified as Pradeep Limbu (35), a permanent resident of Taplejung, who currently lives in Bhangal.
A joint team of the Metropolitan Police Circle in Maharajgunj and the Metropolitan Police Sector in Budhanilakantha nabbed him.
Police are interrogating Limbu as further investigation is underway.
