Hyatt Regency Kathmandu has announced the reopening of Rox Restaurant from Friday, September 25, after a suspension of services for around six months.
“The restaurant will open adhering to international-standard guidelines on safety and hygiene to ensure our guests and patrons enjoy our food and beverage offerings,” the hotel says in a statement.
The hotel’s general manager Rajesh Ramdas has been quoted in the statement, “The situation of the business is uncertain with the current effects of Covid-19. However, we as a hotel are confident to operate in phase-wise options moving ahead with the norms and guidelines established by concerned authorities.”
Rox Restaurant will be open from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily and will be offering a multi-cuisine, á la carte menu starting Friday.
