Kathmandu, June 9
A Sajha Yataya bus was attacked during Thursday’s general strike that Biplav’s Maoist party had announced.
Police have detained the person involved in pelting the bus with stones near Tripureshwor, Kathmandu. Earlier in the day, strike enforcers had torched a taxi. Meanwhile, police arrested 22 people while they were enforcing the strike, from different parts of Kathmandu. They have been kept at Mahendra Police Club and other places.
