Saptari, July 9
One man died when two groups had a fight at Lalpatti Tol of Khadak municipality-9 of the Saptari district in southeastern Nepal on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Daud Miya (58), a local. Seriously injured in the fight, Miya was taken to the Chhinnamasta Hospital in Rajbiraj, but he succumbed to head injuries, informs Madhav Prasad Kaphle, the District Police Office spokesperson.
It has been learned that the groups had engaged in the fight over some old disputes.
Police are looking for the attackers.
