Janakpurdham, June 22
A girl died after being bitten by a snake in Dhanusha.
Police said 5-year-old Sandhya Kumari Mahato of Bateshwor rural municipality died when a snake bit her when she was sleeping.
Her parents took her to the community snakebite treatment centre and was referred to the Phul Kumar Memorial Hospital where she breathed her last.
