Kathmandu, March 22
Police in Kathmandu have arrested five persons on the charge of helping Tibetan refugees obtain Nepali citizenship.
The arrestees have been identified as Krishna Bahadur Katwal of Jhapa, Nyulkesh Shrestha of Kathmandu, Hiralal Shiwakoti of Morang, Lopsang Thinley of Tanahun and Bijaya Lama of Lalitpur.
They were arrested in Babermahal of Kathmandu on Sunday, according to the police.

Katwal, whose job is to help people prepare documents required for legal tasks, has been identified as the mastermind of the gang. The police say he is found to have faked other documents also.
