Fire is raging on at Suraj Arcade based in Makhan Gully, Kathmandu.
NSU Vice-president Urmila Thapaliya, an eyewitness, said on Tuesday locals, security personnel and firefighters are trying to extinguish the fire by pressing three fire engines into service.
