Dhangadhi, February 4
A ward chairman in Achham district of Sudurpaschim province has been found dead on Tuesday morning. Locals and relatives have suspected that Padam Bahadur Dhami, the chairman of Panchadewal Binayak municipality-2 of the district, might have been murdered.
Officials at the District Police Office say they are investigating the case. Therefore, nothing can be said as of now, according to the police.
