Kathmandu, November 30
The main opposition CPN-UML has decided to obstruct the Parliament against the government-registered Constitution Amendment Bill.
Through amendment, the government basically wants to redraw Province 5, separating Hill districts of the province from Tarai-Madhesh districts.
The UML said on Wednesday it will protest against the Bill in the Parliament and on the streets.
UML Whip Gokul Gharti said the party has decided to stall the Parliament till the withdrawal of the Bill.
UML Chair KP Oli did not attend the meeting as he has taken ill.
