Kathmandu, February 10
A man has been found dead in Gokarneshwar, northeastern outskirts of Kathmandu, on Wednesday, after six days of disappearance.
Shishir Bhandari (27), a resident of the municipality, was missing since Thursday last week. But, his body was found on the bank of the Bagmati in Okhreni, Gokarenshwar, yesterday, SP Dinesh Mainali of the Metropolitan Police Range in Kathmandu says.
His family had filed a complaint at the Metropolitan Police Circle, Bauddha, asking the authority to launch a search operation.
Police say they have launched another round of investigation after the discovery of the body.
