On Tuesday, the stock market index NEPSE increased at the last minute. At 2:59 pm, the market closed with the NEPSE increasing by 2 points in the last 1 minute. NEPSE, which was 1958 yesterday, remained at 1960 today. However, the NEPSE reached 1970 points during afternoon fluctuations.
While the value of 120 companies increased, 114 decreased while 11 remained stable. The turnover has decreased. The turnover of Rs 2.89 billion the previous day has decreased to Rs 2.14 billion today.
Looking at the group, there was an attraction in microfinance, which increased by 2.43 per cent. The trade and finance group declined by 1 per cent. Based on the points, microfinance increased by 100 points, development bank by 12 and other groups by 11. Banking decreased by 0.86 points, finance by 21, hotel by 2, hydropower by 10, life insurance by 30, manufacturing by 35, non-life insurance by 0.3 and business group by 29 points.
The price of Himalayan microfinance increased the most by 10 per cent. The price of Infinity Microfinance increased by 8.4 per cent, Samata by 7.4 per cent, Sabaiko Laghubitta by 7 per cent, Aarambha Chautari by 6.5 per cent and Sadhuna Microfinance by 6.1 per cent.
Similarly, the price of Bottlers Nepal Tarai decreased the most by 6.2 per cent. The price of CYC Lagubitta decreased by 5.9 per cent, Mountain Hydro Nepal by 5.8 per cent, Dolti Power by 5.12 per cent and Nepal Finance by 3.85 per cent.
Based on transaction amount, Pokhara Finance, RSDC Microfinance, Himalayan Microfinance, Himalayan Reinsurance and Nepal Finance were ahead respectively.
