Kathmandu, March 21
On the last trading day of the week, NEPSE decreased by 15.37 points as it finished the week at 2,048.57 points.
Even though the market went down, the turnover, however, increased compared to Wednesday.
Shares worth Rs 4.31 billion were traded on Thursday compared to Rs 3.49 billion on Wednesday.
The price of 48 companies went up, 188 went down and eight remained stable.
The indicators of all groups except Trading, which went up by increased by 18 points, decreased.
On the other hand, Banking went down by 7 points, Development bank by 18 points, Finance by 3 points, Hotel and Tourism by 53 points, Hydropower by 21 points, Life insurance by 86 points, Manufacturing by 4 points, Microfinance by 53 points, Non-life insurance by 89 points and Other groups by 14 points.
