After 26 months, the stock market has crossed 2300 points. On Tuesday, the stock market remained at 2310 points. The NEPSE index increased by 70.18 points compared to the previous day.
A total of Rs 9.13 billion worth of business has been done. The previous day, there was a turnover of Rs 8.703 billion. A total of 234 companies increased while 8 decreased.
On this day Hydropower group increased the most by 5.45 per cent. Similarly, Banking increased by 2.75 per cent, Development Bank by 4.94, Finance by 1.85, Investment by 3, Hotel and Tourism by 3.63, Life Insurance by 2.96, Manufacturing by 2.23, Microfinance by 2.30, Non-Life Insurance by 2.12, Others by 2.10 and business group increased by 2.88 per cent.
Likewise, the price of 9 companies increased by 10 per cent. Indus Development Bank, Barun Hydropower, Green Development Bank, Ankhukhola Jalbidyut, Mandakini Hydropower, Sickles Hydropower, Singti Hydropower, Riddy and Arunvalley Hydro increased by 10 per cent. The price of Ingwa Hydropower increased by 9.7 per cent, while the price of AP Power increased by 9.6 per cent.
On the basis of turnover, Ngadi Group, NRN Infrastructure, AP Power, Janaki Finance and Arunvalli Hydropower were ahead respectively.
