
Kathmandu, March 18
Police arrested an individual on Monday night in possession of more than Rs 200 million in cash.
A team from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, Teku, apprehended the suspect in Jhor, Tokha Municipality-1, according to Office Chief SSP Ramesh Basnet.
Police have not disclosed the suspect’s identity. SSP Basnet confirmed that various foreign currencies, including Nepali rupees, US dollars, and euros, were seized from a truck (Na 1 Kha 1652).
