Tribhuvan University launches online service for transcripts and provisional certificates

Kathmandu, April 15

Tribhuvan University (TU) has launched an online service for transcripts and provisional certificates starting today. According to Examination Controller Pushpa Raj Joshi, the service went live at 11 AM on Tuesday.

With this launch, students no longer need to visit the Examination Control Office in Balkhu, fill out paper forms, or stand in long queues to submit their applications.

Joshi stated that the online service has been implemented using a system developed in-house. “For now, the service is available for applying for transcripts and provisional certificates. Other services will be gradually added,” he said.

He further informed that starting from May 29, all services provided by the Examination Control Office in Balkhu will be available online.

To fill out the online form, students can log in to student.tuexam.edu.np and follow the provided instructions. Payments can be made and submitted online via the designated bank.

In the initial phase, if the information on the mark sheets matches the details on the registration card, the process can move forward directly. If there are discrepancies, students must use the correction option before submission, explained Controller Joshi.
