Kathmandu, December 22
A person attacked Lok Man Singh Karki, suspended chief commissioner of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, while he was on Supreme Court premises in course of a hearing on his case, on Thursday.
The person also painted Karki’s face black. Police have taken the individual under control.
Responding to a writ petition that points that Karki was not qualified for the constitutional position, lawyers representing the petitioner, Om Prakash Aryal, were putting forth their views on the matter on Thursday. Karki was in the court to hear their views.
