Kathmandu, January 14
Nepal’s Foreign Affairs Minister Pradeep Kumar Gyawali has landed in New Delhi, the capital city of India, for a three-day official visit on Thursday afternoon.
Gyawali is in New Delhi to participate in a meeting of the Nepal-India Joint Commission scheduled for Friday.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nepal says he will also meet the high-level dignitaries of India. He is also expected to talk about Nepal’s domestic politics with them.
The Joint Commission meeting itself “will discuss the whole gamut of Nepal-India bilateral relations, including trade, transit, energy, boundary, Covid-19 cooperation, infrastructure, connectivity, investment, agriculture, tourism, culture, among others,” according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Nepali delegation consists of the Ambassador of Nepal to India, Foreign Secretary, Health Secretary, and other senior officials of the Government of Nepal.
