Dhangadhi, November 30
An unidentified group on Thursday torched the vehicle of leftist alliance’s candidate for the provincial assembly from Kailali-2 A, Ratan Thapa.
Thapa’s private vehicle, Ba 16 Cha 6899, which was parked behind his house in Lamki Chuha Municipality, was torched this morning.
SP Binod Ghimire at the District Police Office says the front side of the vehicle was destroyed.
It is not immediately known who made the attack. Police say they have launched a manhunt.
