Tribhuvan University, the oldest and biggest university in Nepal, says it has temporarily stopped recognising degrees from four Indian universities.
The university’s Curriculum Development Centre Director Paras Nath Yadav, in a recent notice, says the university will not provide equivalence to degrees obtained from the following universities:
- Singhania University, Rajasthan
- Mewar University, Rajasthan
- Sai Nath University, Jharkhand
- Lovely Professional University, Punjab
The notice does not mention how long the suspension will last.
